Description of Improvement

This standard TIP upgrade will replace the current industrial Computer and PLC with a current BWP technology system for operator interface and machine controls.

The new system will have an operator interface screen that will integrate into the existing console. The existing PLC is removed, and a new PLC will be installed in the old location. Existing field devices such as photo eyes, limit switches, sensors, etc. will not be replaced. The drive package replaces the 5 Lenze drives and 5 motors on the sheeter. The drives will be replaced with the latest drive technology used by BWPS. This upgrade includes the main drive and motor, the knife drive and motor, knife squaring drive and motor, conveyor drive and motor, stacker drive and motor.

Upgrade includes all necessary engineering, PLC hardware, OIC screen, motors, drives, interface cables, print and manual updates, and installation materials.

Note: This product is only applicable for machines without cut to register or cut to watermark function.
